We have a full complement of training options to fit your needs. In addition, OTPM features the industry’s best F1-help functionality, available as and when needed.

We’ll work with you to help determine the appropriate type of training for your team, so no one’s time is wasted covering functionality they won’t use. This module by module approach also meets the needs of the power user or your internal trainer.

We’re flexible as to training locations as well. You can receive training at your site or the facility or your choice, or join us at our training facility in Calgary .

OnTrack Self Training Online

Self Training Online gives users armed with only a browser a way to get trained instantly. Users who have already been trained can refresh themselves on material as needed without having to wait for a training course to be available. They can also toggle between their live application and the training module to practice applying what they are learning to their own project.

In cases where OnTrack Engineering hosts your data, we can also, with permission, shadow users to provide direction, tips and tricks as they work in their own application.

We also provide system administrator training. In addition, we can team train the contractors on the project with the owner’s WBS, budget codes and formats with our trainer or support your internal trainers with materials and knowledge transfer.

A good rule of thumb is that every hour of training prevents seven hours of technical support. Sufficient training empowers your users to hit the ground running, and stay on track.
