OnTrack Engineering consultants help you configure your solution to best practices*, then implement and deploy OnTrack Project Manager so you are up and running in days. Our Quick Start service can have you up and working on your first project in as little as five days, so you can quickly begin realizing a return on your investment.
OnTrack Project Manager covers an extensive amount of information and deals with a multitude of special situations. Therefore, our training methodology is to start with a few days on basic functionality, allowing you to run your projects under normal conditions right away. To reinforce the training, and as part of the initial installation of the OnTrack, we will host the application on our server for three months. By offering this shadowing technique when requested by you, we can instantly answer your questions and deal with any issues that may arise. Experience has shown that after three months users become proficient and more confident, and will call us only for special issues which we can usually cover off with prepared training materials. Our training program is structured by disciplines in order to minimize disruption to your ongoing activities. Very few users need to become “super users”.
Your OnTrack Engineering consultant will be a licensed professional engineer and subject matter expert, supported by professionally trained software developers. We can offer you as much or as little support as required. Regardless of the number of licenses a client has, from one for a smaller/pilot project to a full enterprise implementation, the training regimen remains constant.
