In the financial module all you need to do is enter the invoice number and date
and enter the request for payment number, and the system will automatically search
and verify that what is being invoiced has actually been received and that the billing
matches the purchase order. If this is accurate then the “autopilot”
will precede to generate the required documentation and reports. If not, the system
provides you with every detail required to take corrective action
