We take a simple approach to client acquisition and retention. We’re well aware that without our clients, we have no reason to be in business. The project community is a small world where your network sells – or it can bury you. So we take the client-centric approach, making sure that our reputation for value precedes us.

We get to know our clients personally. We’ve been on their side of the desk, so it’s easy for us to relate to the issues and concerns of professional engineers, whether they work on the procurement or project controls teams of large owner/operators or sit at the head of small to medium- sized engineering companies. We strive always to make sure that our clients come away from encounters with OnTrack Engineering feeling that they’ve gotten a great deal – and a great deal more than they paid for.

We support our clients’ requirements whether related to features and functionality of the software, interfacing with their corporate systems or in support of their internal data warehousing efforts, upgrades done on site after working hours, or flexible payment schedules. We support larger companies who need best practice solutions to get their arms around all the business that’s coming at them - and smaller companies who need best practice solutions to prove themselves to large owners and attract larger jobs.
